Cancellations: For cancellations, we require 24 hour notice, or a fee of equal to 50% of the service will be charged. Cancellations will NOT be accepted via email, please call or leave a message as soon as possible to avoid the fee. Appointments can also be rescheduled, and canceled through our online booking, as long as it’s prior to the 24 hour mark. Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that sometimes you’re just running a couple minutes behind, and every effort will be made to make up for a couple minutes. Running 15 minutes or more behind, will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled.

Expectations: The utmost respect and professionalism will be provided by the therapist, and the same is expected from the client. In the event of anything less, the session will be ended immediately, and you will be asked to not return. Clients will be draped modestly during the entire massage.
